At Diamond Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed in its original packaging or an equivalent protective wrap to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove delivery partners will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for professional item removal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
